Every class is a little different, but you can expect a blend of movement, breathwork, meditation, relaxation and music. Together we create a space to slow down, reconnect with ourselves and leave feeling lighter, calmer and more grounded.
-
Kundalini Yoga is often called the yoga of awareness. It combines movement, breathwork, meditation, mantra and relaxation to support your nervous system, increase your energy and help you reconnect with yourself. My classes are taught in a gentle, accessible way that's suitable for everyday people.
-
SKY stands for Shamanic Kundalini Yoga which combines the ancient practices of Kundalini Yoga with shamanic principles that honour the wisdom of the natural world. It invites us to reconnect with the rhythms of the Earth, the changing seasons and the elements, remembering that we are not separate from nature but a part of it.
In our classes, we weave together movement, breathwork, meditation and relaxation while working in harmony with the cycles of nature. Each practice is an opportunity to come home to yourself, reconnect with your intuition and nurture a deeper relationship with both your inner and outer world.

Just yourself, some water and anything that helps you feel cosy. Mats are provided, but you're very welcome to bring your own. You might also like to bring a blanket or cushion for the relaxation at the end.
-
Anything comfortable that allows you to move and breathe freely. There’s no need for special yoga clothes, come as you are.
-
That's absolutely okay. You're always invited to listen to your body, rest when you need to and adapt any movement. This is your practice, not a performance.
-
Breathwork is generally very gentle and suitable for most people. If you're pregnant, have uncontrolled high blood pressure, epilepsy or any medical concerns, please let me know before class so I can offer suitable alternatives if needed.
-
Please don't let that stop you. Many people come on their own for the first time. The Hippie Heart Club is built on kindness, community and making everyone feel welcome from the moment they arrive.
-
Please let me know before class. Most movements can be adapted, and you're always encouraged to move at your own pace.
